News from
the harvest :
The harvests
happened during
September, under an ideal weather, without rain, which allows us to
pick up the grapes in there full maturity.
The warm days
of September allowed us to obtain a strong degree and a good maturity
of the fruits.
This year, the
quantity is smaller than 2007, but better in quality.
The
fermentation is doing well and we are expecting a very good vintage.
We are now
doing the necessary to produce organic wines.
This is the
first year for us, and we will sell organic wines in 3 years.
The first
bottling of the year just happened on the 18th of february.
You can now enjoy the white chardonnay wine of country, the AOC
Rosé, and for the first year, the rosé wine of
country...
The Merlot is know ready to drink. After a succes of the 2007, we
propose the 2008, which is as good as the last one.

We have just
finish picking the Olives end of december, and the year again, the
olive oil would be very fruty.
What happen these last months...
For the one who been there on our opening day tasting at the winery on
the 13th & 14th of December 2008.
Even if the
weather wasn't that good (cold and rain), we had a great
fun with Fredo's accordion, a lot of visitors during the 2
days
tasting.
We are now
waiting for next year event... and we hope you could join us !
